Is this service provided for free?
Yes, we provide all services free of charge, with no hidden fees. This allows users to easily test all features and confirm that CVEalert.io truly delivers value. In addition, the service is completely free and unlimited for non-profit organizations.
Why should I choose CVEalert? What makes you different from others?
The entire project was built through trial and error over more than five years. The functionality was tested by multiple IT security teams from successful European startups. During this time, we gained the expertise needed to deliver a reliable and mature product—no more experiments.
Why do you need CVE vulnerability monitoring?
Daily alerts about vulnerabilities in the software used by your company allow you to instantly see what needs to be updated. This helps you prioritize and patch only the most critical components. You won't be caught off guard by old vulnerabilities and will always stay one step ahead of hackers.
I'm not familiar with IT and don't know what suits me. Can you advise?
The system is very simple. You choose the software used in your company and set its importance level. If a new vulnerability matching your selected severity level is discovered, you immediately receive a notification explaining which version needs to be updated.
What tools and software will I need? Is it paid?
We currently offer secure integration with Slack, providing daily alerts in one place. You can also receive regular email summaries. In the future, we plan to add integrations with Microsoft Teams and other communication platforms. For enterprise customers, we offer custom integrations.
What experience do you have in information security?
We primarily specialize in web application security and have more than 18 years of experience. Our most common services include penetration testing, security audits, cybersecurity consulting, training, and protection against phishing campaigns.
